Job Description: Primary duties include managing a classroom, creating daily lesson plans, preparing progress reports, collaborating with other staff, and interacting with parents.

Responsibilities and Skills Required:

• Have a strong understanding of the Minnesota Academic Standards for 2nd Grade across content areas

• Facilitate instruction, evaluate and assess student progress against instructional outcomes and objectives

• Possess the ability to develop rapport with young learners of diverse backgrounds

• Work cooperatively with individuals and teams

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication with staff, students, and parents

• Demonstrate an unyielding commitment to helping all students attain high academic and ethical standards of performance

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or Relevant Field 
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
• Must have a MN Teaching license in Elementary Education.

Interview Process

• 10–15-minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
• 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district.
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview.

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
